The Repair Process
So how does it work, Rooted Ocean’s repair process is all inhouse and run by us. Here’s how to book in your item if it needs a bit of love..
- Contact – Drop us a message either on the website, via email on [email protected] or on any of our social media platforms. And let us know what item it is you need repaired.
- Assessment – We can normally work out what you need from photos but you may need to either post the item or bring it in to us to work out the best way to repair
- Repair – Once it’s booked in, our skilled artisans repair the product using the highest quality materials and care.
- Return – We’ll drop you a message or phone call once it’s done and you can either come and pick it up from our workshop in Bude or we’ll post it back to you.
So is it free? If the item has become defective due to a strap wearing away or a seam failing then we’ve got it covered! We’ll fix it for you and get it sent back out.
If the repair is due to damage caused by the customer then we can still repair it but it’ll go through our charged repairs service at a reduced rate of 50% off.
