What’s the difference between The Strand and Cleave?

The Strand is essentially the little brother of The Cleave — it is slightly smaller and has just one metal buckle closure. Both of our British made backpacks are made with the finest materials and are built to last.

Are the bags waterproof?

Although not waterproof, both roll top backpacks are heavyweight, lightly waxed cotton canvas, doubled up with a 100% cotton base cloth liner to allow for a superior water repellent finish. Speak to us if you need more though!

Do all of your products come with a lifetime warranty?

Every product within the Lifetime Gear range includes our extended warranty. By offering a handmade, small-batch product we can ensure that the production process is spot on every time and it’s made to last.

What exactly do you mean by a lifetime warranty?

We’re 100% confident in everything we make. The lifetime warranty includes a 2 year manufacture warranty on seams and stitching etc. Any issues after this? You’ll get special rates via our repair centre.
