The Traveller Blanket Mid Sized is our go-to adventure companion.   Sized at 1.45 cm x 1.20cm is our new addition for 2025.  Designed and built in Bude, North Cornwall by us at Rooted Ocean, to transform days out, beach trips, concerts and family events. We have engineered our Base Camp picnic blanket to hit all those problem areas you’ve previously experienced and with our lifetime repair offer, it will be forever by your side!

It’s been perfectly designed so that there is just enough padding to keep the blanket a decent pack size, but still provide amazing comfort for those pebbly beaches. The treated cotton layer is milled, dyed and then quilted in the Scottish Highlands, keeping as much sourcing of materials, as UK based as possible! When flipped over, our super high denier nylon mix outer will provide a waterproof solution to keep every one dry when sat on dewy grass or damp ground. We have purposely made the outside of our waterproof picnic blanket extremely durable so it can be used for the dog on the back seats, once the day is done.
