As a small, independently owned business – especially one that handmakes all of its gear products – customer feedback is vital to us.
We will often talk to people who come into the workshop who have bought something from us and want to chat about it, but there’s a growing crew of you out there now who have bought something from us online.
This year we are really focused on developing a bigger and better range of lifestyle gear products for you. Doing this relies on feedback to help us refine what we do, but also we need reviews to help others make a choice to buy from us.
So far several of you have left reviews for products you have bought, but we would love more of you to do the same!
We are launching a monthly prize draw from March (2025) whereby everyone who places a review will be entered into it and one lucky person will receive a gift of a random Rooted Ocean product. This might be a tee, a beanie, cap or other accessory.
There’s two ways you can leave a review:
Product review
If you have bought something from us, either online or in-store, then you can leave a review for this via our website.
Simply head to the website, find the product you bought, scroll to the Review section and click ‘Write a Review’.
Google Business review
If you’ve bought something from us, had a repair done on some clothing or a wetsuit, or even just asked us for some advice, we would love you to leave a Google Review.
Just click here to be taken to our Business Page and leave your review.
For both of these, it only takes a minute or two…and if you leave a review in both places, then you’re doubling your chances to win!

Terms and conditions: This offer only applies to customers in the United Kingdom.
